The team at Ellers Farm have two guiding principles: making the very best vodka in the most sustainable way possible. The main product produced by Ellers Farm Distillery is Dutch Barn Orchard Vodka, made from scratch from British apples and blended with a touch of potato spirit to make a clean, crisp and exceptionally smooth vodka. They also produce a range of small batch spirits which focus on seasonal ingredients and cocktail-focussed gins and liqueurs.
