Empowered Yoga

Empowered Yoga is a movement, breath and sound studio on the West Side of LA. Our mission is to cultivate community and empower everyone. Community is at the heart of everything we do as we believe together, we elevate each other to the greatest versions of ourselves. We offer yoga that is challenging and accessible no matter your age or fitness level, with a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Mobility, Katonah, and Restorative - a blend of tradition with modern science. We are proudly a Latinx, Black, LGBTQ+, Female owned Green business in the heart of Los Angeles.
