Our story about plant-based passion really begins with our founder's, Bernard David, “this-changes-everything” heart attack on a train at Penn Station. Two amazing and quick-acting doctors later, Bernard began his journey to recovery. Along the way, he discovered the transformative benefits of plant-based foods and his passion was born. Fast-forward to 2020. Bernard created The ISH Food Company and Shrimpish to help everyone go on a plant-based journey that’s healthier for all. And darn tasty, too!The ISH Food Company is a plant-based food company with a mission to deliver Innovative, Sustainable, Healthy, and deliciously disruptive plant-based foods to every plate worldwide. In order to do so ISH starts from a simple place: make good, eat good, do good. For our bodies and the world they live in.
